Ultra-High Pressure Pump
- Parallel small-stroke ultra-high pressure binary pump with a maximum pressure rating of 22,040 PSI (150 MPa).
- It employs patented solvent compression calibration and pulse suppression algorithms, delivering flow precision ≤ 0.06% RSD, ensuring reproducibility of MS quantitative results and reducing replicate injections, with pressure pulsation ≤ 1%.
- Featuring extremely low gradient delay volume and fast gradient response, it is ideal for ultra-fast chromatographic separation.
- Paired with intelligent gradient start-point adjustment technology, it enables seamless transfer of LC methods.
- Standard with automatic plunger seal washing and mobile phase auto-priming (in synchronization with the autosampler).
- An ultra-high pressure quaternary gradient pump (max. 22,040 PSI) is available as an option.
Autosampler
- Standard 0.1–50 μL low-volume non-destructive injection, with injection precision ≤ 0.025% RSD.
- Accommodates 216 positions for 2 mL vials and 4 × 96-well plates (compatible with deep-well and shallow-well plates).
- Configurable with two wash solvents, supporting internal and external needle washing as well as seat washing, with sample carry?over below 0.0025%.
- Supports load ahead function to further shorten injection cycle time.
- Sample compartment is equipped with cooling, enabling precise temperature control within 4–40 ℃.
Column oven (vertical or horizontal type available)
- Standard with resistive heating module and air-controlled thermal circulation mode, featuring preheating function.Temperature control range: ambient +5 ℃ to 90 ℃.
- The vertical column oven offers a large internal space and can be equipped with two switching valves, allowing easy extension of functions such as online SPE, multiple heart-cutting, and column screening.
- Zero-dead-volume hand-tight stainless steel tubing (inner diameter optional: 0.10, 0.13, 0.18 mm) enables quick column connection.
Diode Array Detector
- Wavelength range: 190–800 nm, supporting simultaneous 12?channel monitoring.
- All-reflective diode array detector with a flow cell volume of only 2 μL. Extremely low extra-column dispersion ensures perfect compatibility with small-particle, short columns.
- Optional high-sensitivity all-reflective flow cells with 10 mm and 60 mm path lengths are available.
- Supports functions including peak purity verification, library searching, and wavelength-time programming.
- UV?Vis detector and fluorescence detector are available as options.
Seamless Connection, Precise Adaptation
- Standardized interfaces for exceptional compatibility:The SDK development protocol complies with industry-standard communication specifications, featuring clear interface norms and a complete instruction set. It enables rapid integration with various mainstream mass spectrometry platforms without additional hardware modifications by manufacturers, offering plug?and?play connectivity. It satisfies the coupling requirements of mass spectrometric detectors from different brands and models, breaking brand barriers and technological blockades.
- Full open permissions supporting deep customization:Complete core development permissions are open to mass spectrometer manufacturers, including LC control, parameter configuration, data interaction, and operating status feedback. Manufacturers can conduct independent secondary development based on the SDK to customize dedicated combined control interfaces, linked analysis workflows, and synchronized data acquisition logic. This realizes integrated control, simultaneous start/stop, and real?time data exchange between LC and MS, creating tailored coupling solutions that align with their own product positioning and user needs.
